Act 13:2 While they were serving the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said to them, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul, to do the work to which I have called them."
Act 13:3 They fasted and prayed, placed their hands on them, and sent them off.
This is not Barnabas or Saul, however they have been sent out from their churches to proclaim the Good News of Jesus in far off countries. They know without God’s blessing they can not accomplish anything.
Jesus tells us to pray for workers to gather his harvest. In the upcoming weeks we will be asking you to pray for workers, for the lost to come to know Christ and for many other needs concerning the work in Romania. We are posting our prayer list on the right hand side of this blog and updating it weekly.
This Easter we are planning to ask you to commit to fasting and prayer in an organized effort for God to move in a mighty way. More information will be sent to you, be in prayer about how you can participate.
We are excited about what God is going to do in Romania, and we want you to share a part of the excitement as well.
